Its story centers on Botan Negoro, who was trained as a ninja from childhood and raised to be the best secret agent, teaming up with Kuruma, the self-proclaimed number one secret agent, to take on a mission that threatens to destroy the world.

Michio Fukuda (Terra Formars: Revenge) is attached to direct the adaptation. One of the manga’s original story writers, Masafumi Nishida serves as series composition writer and script writer. Kaoru Wada (Inuyasha) provides the soundtrack music, Gambit works on anime production.
